Terms of Service (Coaching Engagement)
Scope of Services & Coach-Client Relationship
EPC provides productivity coaching sessions per the agreed Statement of Work (SoW). Coaching is non-clinical and does not replace medical or psychological treatment. The client retains full autonomy over implementation.
Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Fees due per invoice net-15. Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest. Cancellation requires 48-hour notice; late cancellations forfeit that session. Refund requests for packages must be made within 7 days of purchase, minus any completed sessions.
Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
All coaching materials, frameworks, and deliverables are EPC proprietary. Client retains ownership of their data and performance analytics. Both parties agree to mutual non-disclosure per NDA signed. Breach may result in termination of engagement.
Limitation of Liability
EPC’s liability limited to fees paid for the specific session giving rise to claim. Not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits. Clients agree to non-binding mediation before any legal action.
Governing Law & Amendments
These terms governed by New York State law. EPC may update terms with 30 days written notice. Continued use after change constitutes acceptance. For full version, request via [email protected].
