Data Controller & Purpose Limitation

Elite Productivity Coaching Inc. (EPC) acts as data controller under GDPR Art. 4(7). Personal data is collected exclusively for coaching service delivery, performance tracking, and client communication. Explicit consent is obtained per Art. 7 for any marketing use. Data minimization principle applied per Art. 5(1)(c).

Collected Data Categories & Legal Bases

• Identity Data: Name, job title, company – processed under contract necessity (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Performance Metrics: Productivity scores, time logs, task completion rates – legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for coaching improvement.
• Sensitive Data: No biometric or health data collected without explicit opt-in (Art. 9).

Data Retention & Deletion

Client data retained for duration of engagement plus 24 months post-termination for performance analysis. After that, anonymized or deleted per Art. 17 right to erasure. Secure deletion uses NIST 800-88 methods.

Third-Party Processors & International Transfers

Service providers: Zoom Video Communications (DPA in place), Salesforce CRM (SOC2), and AWS cloud (encrypted at rest). Transfers outside EEA covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) per Art. 46. Updated list available on request.
